• 21 July – 20 August

The card alone isn't enough — the name must be on the roll. Quote the EPIC and file Form 6; keep the receipt.सिर्फ़ कार्ड काफ़ी नहीं — रोल में नाम ज़रूरी। EPIC लिखकर फॉर्म 6 भरें; रसीद रखें।

Wrong spelling, age, gender, address or photoनाम, उम्र, लिंग, पता या फ़ोटो ग़लत+

Don't be afraid. Aadhaar is optional, and if your 2002–04 record (even in UP/Bihar) is traced, you may need no new document. We trace it for you.डरें नहीं। आधार वैकल्पिक है, और आपका 2002–04 रिकॉर्ड (UP/बिहार में भी) मिल जाए तो नया दस्तावेज़ शायद चाहिए ही नहीं। हम ढूँढते हैं।

Reply on time with documents (speed post), and attend the hearing — we go with you. Appeals: DM within 15 days, then CEO within 30 days.समय पर दस्तावेज़ों के साथ जवाब दें (स्पीड पोस्ट), और सुनवाई में जाएँ — हम साथ चलते हैं। अपील: DM को 15 दिन में, फिर CEO को 30 दिन में।
